Once an order has been placed, we cannot edit or change the order. Our warehouse starts moving fast to get your order to you right away! As a result, there are some cases where we also may not be able to cancel the order. 

Please contact customer service at 888-505-0897 if you need to cancel your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on the warehouse/shipping status.
