Yes, we do!  

If you requested an exchange through our returns portal, your new order will ship once we've received your original item back at our warehouse and it's passed through our inspection process. We want to make sure everything is in order before sending out your new piece!

As soon as your exchange is ready to go, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
